Turakhia Optics - Returns & Exchange Policy

Applicable only for purchases made through www.turakhiaoptics.com.
Note: These terms do NOT apply to products purchased at our physical stores in Juhu or Andheri.

 

Purchase & Order Policies

  • Order Modification or Cancellation:
    You may cancel your online order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us at:

    Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days.
    Note: Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled or have their delivery address changed.

  • Gift Wrapping:
    Gift wrapping is complimentary. Contact us for this service via email or phone.

  • Payment Methods:
    We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and direct bank transfers through our secure payment gateway.
    Cheque and demand drafts are not accepted.

  • Out of Stock Products:
    For high-demand luxury brands like Gucci, Prada, Cartier, Dior, and Maybach, sold-out items may be available on special request. Contact us to check availability.
  • Phone Orders:
    You can place an order by phone during store hours: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM at +91-9372052500.

  • Shipping Time:
    Orders ship within 5 to 6 business days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery by our courier partners.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchange Window:
    Exchanges can be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
    The 3-day period is calculated from delivery until the return pick-up by the courier.

  • No Refunds:
    All sales are final with no cash refunds available.

  • Exchange Conditions:

    • Applies only to products sold from current stock.

    • Special orders or custom-sourced items cannot be exchanged.

    • Store credit can be used on future purchases. If the new item costs more than your credit, pay the difference at checkout.

    • Returned products must be unused, unworn, and include all original tags, packaging, warranty certificates, and care instructions.

    • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

  • Frame Adjustments:
    If your frame does not fit properly, visit Juhu 10th Road Turakhia Optics Store for a frame tune-up by our expert technicians.

  • Returning a Product:
    Contact us via email at connect@turakhiaoptics.com or WhatsApp +91-9372052500 with your order details and photos of the product.
    After approval, ship the product carefully in its original packaging with the invoice. Store locations do not accept returns for online purchases.

  • Gift Returns:
    Gifted items may be returned for store credit only, with original proof of purchase.

  • Damaged or Wrong Products:
    Report within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos. Contact us immediately for resolution.

  • Returns after 3 days:
    Returns are not accepted after 3 days from delivery.


Warranty & Post-Sale Service

  • 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty covering:

    • Missing components

    • Lens coating defects (peeling, bubbles, imperfections)

    • Frame coating flaking or soldering defects

  • Warranty Excludes:

    • Normal wear and tear (scratches, minor damage)

    • Damage from accidents, misuse, chemicals, unauthorized repairs

  • Claim Process:
    Contact us with product details, send the product for inspection, and upon verification, we will replace or credit the item as per warranty terms.
