We currently deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners. International shipping will be charged as per actuals.

 

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 5 to 6 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

• Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Customized or special orders may take additional processing time, which will be communicated via phone or email.

 

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 7-10 business days after dispatch.

• Remote or Non-Serviceable Areas: Delivery timelines may vary depending on accessibility.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or courier partner issues.

 

 

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free all over India but in some cases of special handling or oversized shipments, additional charges may apply. These will be communicated to the customer prior to dispatch.

 

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

• You can track your order via the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided.

 

Order Delivery

• Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Changes to the shipping address post-dispatch are not possible.

• If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, our logistics partner may attempt delivery again. If the delivery still fails, the order may be returned to us.

 

Responsibility After Delivery

• Turakhia Optics is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged after successful delivery at the shipping address provided by the customer.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect the package upon delivery and contact us immediately in case of discrepancies.

 

Delayed Deliveries or Service Interruptions

While we strive to meet the promised delivery timelines, Turakhia Optics cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control such as:

• Natural disasters

• Lockdowns or restrictions

• Courier delays or strikes

• Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to keep the customer informed.
